What are the standard Check-in and Check-out timings?
Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM (Noon) and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and can be requested with our Front Desk Concierge.
What government IDs are required during Check-in?
All adult Indian guests must present a valid government-approved Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID). Foreign nationals are required to present a valid Passport and Visa.
What is the Cancellation & Refund Policy?
Bookings cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date receive a full 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in attract a 1-night room charge.
Are extra beds and extra guests allowed?
Yes, children below 6 years stay complimentary using existing bedding. For additional adult guests, extra rollaway beds can be provided at nominal charges depending on room category.
